Our Infrastructure

Backed by the widespread manufacturing unit over a large area, which is embedded with the ultra modern manufacturing facilities, our plant has the capacity to produce 65,000 units of products. Installed with the latest machines such as Dip moulding machine, Compressor and Cutter, we have established ourselves as the prominent manufacturer of an unimpeachable array of PVC dip moulded components. The entire plant is systematically divided into different units like manufacturing unit, quality control unit, warehouse unit, packaging unit, procurement unit and other units for the smooth and continuous production. To be in line with the modern manufacturing techniques we successfully built in-house CAD/CAM and quality testing facilities.

Warehousing and Packaging

We have maintained a well organised and spacious warehouse facility with the storing capacity of to 50, 00,000 units. The entire warehouse area is subdivided into many different sections to stock up the products according to their sizes and range. To keep a track on inventory and security of the warehouse, an aspired team of security agents and storekeepers has been appointed here.
To maintain the quality until the time of dispatching of the products we pack them in high-quality packing materials. Owing to the wide distribution network, we offer prompt and on time delivery of the products.
